Hi! I’m Lisa Henss! I started where a lot of you are starting And maybe even worse! I pretty much lived off of velveeta shells and cheese and cereal until my early 20s when I met my husband (and future chiropractor). He transformed my life! He helped me make better nutritional choices, remove toxic personal care and cleaning products from my life, and corrected My spine. All of which were causing migraines, hormonal imbalances, acne, disgestive issues, and leading me down the path towards infertility. Because he truley saved my life, I became passionate about doing the same for others. Busy moms, overworked teachers, hard working business owners, and anyone who is willing to put in the effort to meet their goals!
We started this journey by opening our own health center that had chiropractic at its core. As it grew to be one of the largest clinics DFW, I knew that I had to get out in my community and beyond to help more people with the tranformations They aren’t sure are possible. That’s where 5ive+thrive was born! Based on the 5 Principles of Health I set out on a mission and became a certified Integretive Nutrition Health Coach helping a whole lot of people in the process and since then! People who were struggling with diabetes, weight gain, excessive weight loss, digestive issues, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, stress hormone, nursing and pregnant moms, sleep issues, and the desire To finally be healthy again or for the first time (to name a few)! Whether you want to “go Keto”, cut out animals products all together, or just feel healthy in your own skin I can help you get there!
Not only am I the wife to my handsome husband Bryan, I’m a mother to 2 beautiful children, involved in my church, and obsessed with Pilates.
Within our first few minutes together I will probably ask you how your digestion is and how often you poop because after many of research, schooling, and client transformations I am certain your gut is a key component to the overall function and health of your body!
